As nowadays sustainability for the environment is highly awared as major topic, the issue of food safety and health was of great concern to everyone, as well as the carbon footprint from farm to table when serving food. In response to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) established by the United Nations (UN), Taiwan Convention & Exhibition Association and Taiwan Creative Economy Association together organize this event to share important views of “Green” which are: “From Farm to Table”, “Health Dietary”, “Light Food Under Carbon Reduction” and “Environmental Protection” to our citizens.

The 2021 International Green Party includes a series of exciting activities such as “Green Market”, “Health Dietary Forum” and “Green Cooking Competition”. Attendees may join the Green Market and enjoy all the activities at the Taipei Expo Park.
